Refúgio é uma das palavras preferidas de Davi. Você poderá contar até quarenta vezes em
determinadas traduções da Bíblia. Mas nunca Davi usou a palavra de forma tão tocante quanto
em Salmo 57. A introdução da passagem explica seu pano de fundo: “Salmo de quando Davi
fugiu de Saul para a caverna”. Perdido nas sombras e nos seus pensamentos, ele não tem para
onde fugir. Se for para casa, ele põe sua família em perigo; se for para o tabernáculo, ele coloca
em risco os sacerdotes. Saul o matará. Aqui ele senta. Totalmente solitário.
Porém, logo em seguida ele se lembra que ele não está só. E das profundezas da caverna uma
doce voz flutua: “Tem misericórdia de mim, ó Deus, tem misericórdia, pois em ti a minha alma
se refugia; à sombra das tuas asas me abrigo.” (Salmo 57:1 ARA) Faça de Deus seu refúgio.
Permita que ele seja a fundação sobre a qual você permanece!

livra-me pela tua justiça”.

Salmos 34:22 – “O Senhor redime a vida dos seus servos; ninguém que nele se refugia será condenado”.
Salmos 36:7 – “Como é precioso o teu amor, ó Deus! Os homens encontram refúgio à sombra das tuas asas”.
YOUR REFUGE
Refuge is one of David's favorite words. You can count up to forty times in
certain Bible translations. But David never used the word as touchingly as
in Psalm 57. The introduction to the passage explains its background: “Psalm from when David
fled from Saul to the cave ”. Lost in the shadows and his thoughts, he doesn't have to
where to escape. If he goes home, he puts his family in danger; if he goes to the tabernacle, he puts
priests at risk. Saul will kill him. Here he sits. Totally lonely.
However, right away he remembers that he is not alone. And from the depths of the cave one
sweet voice floats: “Have mercy on me, O God, have mercy, for in you my soul
takes refuge; in the shadow of your wings I take shelter. ” (Psalm 57: 1 ARA) Make God your refuge.
Allow it to be the foundation on which you stand!
Psalm 31: 1 - “In you, Lord, I take refuge; never let me be humiliated;
deliver me by your righteousness ”.
2 Samuel 22:31 - “This is the God whose path is perfect; the word of the Lord is proven to be genuine. He is a shield for all who take refuge in him ”.
Psalms 5:11 - “But let all who take refuge in you rejoice; always sing for joy! Extend your protection over them. In you rejoice those who love your name ”.
Psalms 7: 1 - “Lord, my God, in you I take refuge; save me and free me from everyone
those who persecute me ”.
Psalms 11: 1 - “I take refuge in the Lord. How then can you say to me, "Flee like a bird to the mountains"?
Ps 34:22 - “The Lord redeems the lives of his servants; no one who takes refuge in him will be condemned ”.
Psalms 36: 7 - “How precious is your love, O God! Men find refuge in the shadow of your wings ”.
